Featuring North East Artists of the Month The Teacups
Kate Locksley, Will Finn, Rosie Calvert and Alex Cumming comprise this vocal quartet, all students on the Newcastle University Folk degree. They have produced a debut album, "One For the Pot", which I thoroughly enjoyed and I know audiences up and down the country over the summer have been enjoyed their glorious harmonies. On my monthly podcast (See below) three songs are featured. The album is of traditional material, with some creative arrangements from the Teacups. I loved it and I hope you enjoy hearing the songs on the podcast and are tempted to dive fully into the Teapot and possibly pick up a copy!
